Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Roofing Sales Representative to manage incoming leads, particularly in Gwinnett County. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, with an opportunity to grow into a leadership role within our sales department based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and manage all incoming sales leads in the metro Atlanta area, with a primary focus on Gwinnett County.
Conduct roof inspections and provide detailed assessments.
Present tailored roofing solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and contracts.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless project ex*****on and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in roofing or construction.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients quickly.
Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to perform roof inspections, which may include climbing and physical activity.
Compensation Structure:
Our commission structure is designed to reward hard work and results:
10% of the total job value goes to the company for overhead costs.
The remaining profit, after labor and material expenses, is split 50/50 between the company and the sales representative.
