Every time this customer flushed their toilet, water would leak onto the bathroom floor and even make its way into the hallway

What started as a simple toilet leak turned into an unexpected discovery when we pulled the toilet and found something we donā€™t come across very often anymore.

After some testing, we were able to pinpoint the issue and make the necessary repairs without having to break into the concrete!

Your journeyman plumber never taught you plumbing math so weā€™re doing a series where we teach you plumbing formulas that will help you on the field, save time and money, but more importantly, pass your plumbing exam the FIRST time. If you have any questions let me know or if thereā€™s a math problem you need help with feel free to comment as well šŸ«”

Weā€™re putting the Dewalt 20v xr oscillating tool to the test! Lowest vibration, fastest cutting speed. We definitely need to add this to our daily lineup !

This water heater was supposed to get servicedā€¦ but we found a much bigger problem. šŸ‘€

During our inspection, we discovered several issues that werenā€™t up to code, including improper venting, an incorrectly installed relief line, and missing safety components.

At nearly 10 years old, the homeowner decided it was time to stop putting money into the old unit and invest in getting everything done RIGHT. šŸ”§

A new Rheem water heater, proper code-compliant connections, and upgrades to make future maintenance easier.

Sometimes the most important part of a service call is what you find BEFORE you start working.

Some days the job tests more than just your tools.
Starting a tankless install in the middle of the Texas heat definitely tested us, but quitting wasnā€™t an option. We kept pushing, got the job done, and got our customerā€™s hot water back on.

Proud to put DEWALT POWER TOOLS tools to work in days like this.

Some days test your tools. Some days test you. Either way, DONā€™T QUIT. šŸ’Ŗ

I recently got a behind the scenes look at what exactly makes the Rheem Water Heating Ikonic water heaters stand out from others in the market. Through my experience I learned the great technology behind it and how thought out these units are. And I can say the future is looking BRIGHT and the next wave is already here!

We just saved this customer over $400 by starting with the tankless water heaters opposed to just throwing money into a shower. This is the importance of doing preliminary inspections but also servicing your tankless units to ensure they are functioning as efficient as possible šŸ™Œ

This customer stays ahead of the problem with yearly maintenance. and when weā€™re working inside a finished bathroom like this, protecting the customerā€™s home is just as important as clearing the drain. Thatā€™s where ShuBeeĀ® comes in. Gloves on, countertops protected, and we can get straight to work.
