Congratulations to the Hydro Resources Creedmoor office on wrapping up their first year of softball!

Organized through SPORTSKIND in Austin, Texas, the league gave our employees an opportunity to connect outside of the workplace, strengthen relationships, enjoy some friendly competition, and—most importantly—have a little fun together.

Creedmoor General Manager Josh Buse understands that building a strong team goes beyond the work we do in the field and office. Creating opportunities for employees to spend time together and build camaraderie is one of the many ways leaders can help foster a supportive, welcoming workplace culture.

Thank you, Josh, for leading by example and investing in the people who make Hydro Resources successful. And congratulations to the entire Creedmoor softball team on a great first season—we hope there are many more to come!

Congratulations to Chelsea Borneman and Katy Anderson on their new leadership roles with Advancing Women in Groundwater (AWGW).

Chelsea has been appointed Chair, and Katy has been appointed Co-Chair of the organization. Both have played an important role in the founding and leadership of AWGW over the past two years, helping advance its mission to support, connect and elevate women throughout the groundwater industry.

Chelsea has been an integral member of the Hydro Resources Business Development team for the past five years and also serves on the Board of the Colorado Ground Water Association.
Katy is Vice President of Commercial Operations at Drilling Equipment Resources and serves as Executive Director of the Oklahoma Ground Water Association.

We are proud to see Chelsea and Katy continue their commitment to improving the groundwater industry and we thank you both for the time, energy, and dedication you bring to such a worthwhile organization. Please join us in congratulating Chelsea and Katy on these well-deserved appointments!

Attending the TCEQ Public Drinking Water Conference in Austin? Visit Hydro Resources at Booth #23.

We're excited to introduce the newest member of our Business Development team, Egbert Natareno.

Egbert is available to discuss Hydro Resources' capabilities in municipal, industrial, and public water supply well construction, including well drilling, rehabilitation, maintenance, aquifer storage and recovery (ASR), well evaluation, and groundwater development. He is also available to support projects throughout Texas, with a particular focus on the Greater Houston region.
