229 units for Galaxy Builders, and this is the part of multifamily construction most people will never see once the buildings start going vertical.

The forecast says rain. The schedule says keep moving.

That’s construction.

Mud gets deeper. Plans get adjusted. Deliveries show up when they show up. And somewhere on a multifamily job, a plumber is looking at the sky wondering how much work can get done before the next cloud rolls in.
