Transitional Mediterranean | Day 2 of 5

This kitchen has that rare mix of polish and warmth.

Cream cabinetry, carved millwork, marble countertops, and a beautifully detailed coffered ceiling give the room a refined Mediterranean feel, while the oversized island and nearby breakfast table make the space feel welcoming and practical for everyday living.

The details are what make it memorable. Crystal chandeliers bring a soft shimmer overhead, the arched range alcove adds architectural character, and the glass-front cabinetry gives the room a collected, custom feel. It is elegant, but not untouchable. Beautiful, but still built for people to gather, cook, sit, talk, and stay awhile.

Transitional Mediterranean | Day 1 of 5

This home knows how to make an entrance.

From the open iron gates to the palm-lined motor court, every detail of this Transitional Mediterranean residence builds toward a true sense of arrival. The patterned brick drive, central fountain, cream stucco exterior, red clay roof tiles, arched windows, carved columns, and oversized lanterns all work together to create a front elevation that feels elegant, warm, and beautifully composed.

What makes it especially inviting is the balance. The architecture has presence and scale, but the landscaping, fountain, and soft exterior palette keep the home from feeling too formal. It feels gracious, personal, and ready to welcome people in.

This condo build-out is all about personality, polish, and the kind of details that make a space feel deeply personal.

The main living area opens with city views, soft neutral seating, a grand piano, sculptural lighting, and artwork that immediately gives the home its own rhythm. The kitchen feels clean and modern, but not cold. Warm wood cabinetry, polished stone, yellow pendant lights, fresh flowers, and a textured art piece bring color and warmth into the room.

One of the most memorable images is the hallway, which feels more like a private gallery than a pass-through. A turquoise console, layered artwork, a patterned wallcovering moment, and a long pale runner create a beautiful transition between spaces. The rooftop terrace completes the story with bright blue seating, glass walls, and open city views.

It is refined, but still expressive. Modern, but still full of life.

Spanish Colonial brings together warmth, craftsmanship, and a true sense of place.

From above, the home unfolds with red clay tile roofing, palms, garden paths, and a courtyard-like arrangement that feels tucked into the landscape. The outdoor spaces continue that feeling beautifully, with arched loggias, a sparkling pool, lush planting, and shaded seating that make the home feel ready for long afternoons outside.

Inside, the selected images show just how much character lives in the details. The kitchen is rich and inviting, with carved wood cabinetry, patterned tile, warm stone flooring, exposed beams, and a generous island built for conversation. The wine room feels like a hidden retreat, wrapped in brick arches, candlelight, carved wood, and old-world texture. The stair hall adds another memorable moment, with curved plaster walls, intricate ironwork, and a ceiling detail that draws the eye upward.

It is elegant, but not cold. Detailed, but not fussy. Every space feels designed to be lived in, enjoyed, and remembered.

Lakefront Modern was built to take full advantage of its setting.

The exterior has a sculptural presence, with curved architectural forms, warm stone, glass railings, broad terraces, and clean modern lines that feel especially striking against the lake. From the rear, the home becomes even more dramatic. The pool, outdoor living areas, elevated balcony, and water views come together in a way that feels relaxed, refined, and made for sunset.

Inside, the home keeps that same sense of warmth and openness. The living room looks directly toward the lake, with soft seating, glass tables, dark wood floors, and a wood ceiling that adds depth without making the room feel heavy. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas connect beautifully, giving the home a natural rhythm for both everyday living and entertaining.

The kitchen adds another layer of polish, with glossy white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, warm wood, and a long, curved stone bar that softens the modern lines.

English Manor has the kind of presence that feels refined without ever feeling cold.

The exterior moments are especially memorable. The pool and spa courtyard are framed by warm gray stone, clean siding, steel windows, copper accents, and carefully layered greenery. Nearby, the covered loggia creates a true outdoor room, with stone arches, exposed beams, a fireplace, comfortable seating, and an easy connection to the pool.

Inside, the home continues that balance of beauty and livability. The deep teal dining room brings richness and drama through paneled walls, warm wood furniture, layered artwork, and a crisp fireplace. The living and kitchen spaces feel lighter and more relaxed, with white brick, black cabinetry, bold marble, soft seating, wide-plank wood floors, and generous windows that keep everything bright.

Transitional keeps the outdoor spaces clean, polished, and easy to enjoy.

The covered patio brings together white painted brick, black-framed doors, a dark paneled ceiling, stone pavers, a built-in grill, and a simple dining setup that feels relaxed without losing its sense of style. Just outside, the pool sits close to the home, framed by crisp windows, soft landscaping, and plenty of space for everyday lounging or weekend entertaining.

It is a backyard designed to feel connected to the home, not separate from it.

Memorial Manor has that rare mix of elegance and ease.

The great room is beautiful on its own, with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, arched openings, soft neutral seating, and iron chandeliers that bring warmth and movement overhead. But what makes these images more interesting is how naturally the kitchen becomes part of the same experience.

From the long wood island to the softly detailed cabinetry and sculptural range hood, the kitchen feels generous without feeling showy. It anchors the home in a way that feels practical, personal, and beautifully considered. You can imagine people gathered around the island while others settle into the living room nearby, with sunlight pouring through the arched doors and warming the wood floors.

This is where the home feels most human: open, graceful, layered, and ready for everyday life.

Modern Oasis is sleek, dramatic, and wonderfully personal.

The exterior sets the tone with dark modern lines, stacked stone columns, expansive glass, palm shadows, and polished sculptural spheres that feel almost gallery-like against the landscape. Inside, the entry continues that bold first impression with an oversized pivot door, glass walls, floating stair treads, black architectural details, and striking artwork at the end of the view.

The primary bath brings the drama into a quieter setting. Black and white veined stone wraps the room, while a fireplace beside the soaking tub, a glass shower, and a dark floating vanity give the space a clean, resort-like feel.

The water courtyard is pure atmosphere: blue light, reflection, glass, flame, and a sculptural centerpiece that turns the exterior into a cinematic moment. The custom candy bar adds a playful twist, with colorful dispensers, marble counters, glossy black cabinetry, globe pendants, and bold pop art that makes the space feel completely personal.

This home feels polished, but never cold.

The rear exterior makes a beautiful first impression, with gray stone, black-framed windows, copper accents, and a slim pool reflecting the home at twilight. It has presence without feeling oversized, and the covered outdoor living area adds that wonderful sense of everyday livability.

Inside, the home carries that same balance. The main living space is bright and comfortable, with exposed beams, wide-plank wood floors, soft neutral seating, and large windows that bring the outdoors into the room. The kitchen feels crisp and tailored, pairing white cabinetry with a deep gray island, lantern pendants, a metal hood, and warm wood floors.

The dining room may be the standout. The barrel-vaulted ceiling gives the room a quiet sense of drama, while the glass-framed wine room beyond adds depth, symmetry, and a little surprise. Blue-gray velvet chairs and brass details soften the look beautifully.
