This transformation has been a rewarding journey - from concept to completion - and a testament to the power of collaboration, vision, and craftsmanship.
The space beautifully designed by Thomas Behrman, has been re-imagined to offer flexible, month to month boutique office rentals designed to support medical practitioners, healthcare startups, research institutions, and office-based professionals. Every detail reflects the hard work and dedication of our incredible team, partners, and client.

project has wrapped up. This 4,300 SF build out at the Wharton Hospital is ready to be moved into and has 6 exam rooms, 2 Doctor's offices, 2 Admin offices, 2 Nurse Stations, Lab, Breakroom, multiple storage rooms, and separate Check-In and Check-out area.

Clan Rayo Construction completed the remodel of this 2,000 SF Spec-suite for Healthcare Realty's N. Cypress POB-II building. Completely remade Nurse station and Reception, new finishes throughout including Luxury Vinyl tile floors for the main areas, Wood accent wall in the waiting room, and Solid Surface transaction top for the Check-in.
