We’re proud to share the completion of another successful project for Transwestern, a 4,600 SF tenant improvement to provide a welcoming and functional environment for the patients and professionals at Deep Centered Mental Health.
This project was awarded to Clan Rayo Construction by the Transwestern Construction Management team, led by Erin Patterson. We truly appreciate the opportunity to work alongside a team that values communication, collaboration, and quality throughout the construction process.

A special thank you as well to Christian Connell and Justin Brasell, CCIM who represented the landlord during the tenant lease process and throughout the project. Having everyone working toward the same goal made the process smooth and productive from start to finish.
We look forward to continuing to build strong relationships with our clients and delivering quality projects for their tenants.

We’re excited to wrap up construction on the new 7,250 SF Fort Bend Rheumatology Associates . From the first planning meeting to the final walkthrough, this project was built with functionality, quality, and the patient experience in mind.

This project included the transformation of the entire 5th floor, totaling over 18,000 SF, delivering a high-performance workplace environment designed to support flexibility, collaboration, and modern business operations. Our team executed a fast-paced build-out while maintaining a strong focus on quality, schedule, and exceeding client expectations.
