Project Spotlight: Local Roots Market – Wooster, Ohio
We recently completed the roofing system for the future home of Local Roots Market, a business well known in Wayne County for supporting locally grown foods and local producers.
This project involved more than just replacing a roof. We worked closely on the design of the new roofing system to correct major drainage issues from the existing roof, which had poor slope and significant water retention.
Our team removed the existing roof down to the original structure, installed R-30 insulation for improved energy efficiency, and added tapered insulation and new roof drains to create proper drainage throughout the system. The completed roof features a Burkeline CSPE single-ply membrane built for long-term durability and performance.
We’re proud to have been part of a project that will continue serving the Wayne County community for years to come.
