The home owner wanted us to vent the microwave range vent properly for them because of moisture and mold issues on their ceiling above the stove. When we started getting a little farther into venting it, we had discovered the real issue for all their problems. The roofer that had installed the new roof last year had never installed a new 6in exhaust vent roof cap. So every time it rained or snowed it had a nice 6in hole in the roof to go in and cause all their damage. Problem is fixed and they shouldn't have any more leaks.

Just a little 100 ft trench from the garage to the house through mostly root and rocky soil today, to give them power back after the old under ground wire had failed.

If you have and outlet not working in a room sometimes the problem isn't always at that outlet. This outlet was farther down the line in the room with a loose netural. Looked like it had been that way for years. Fixed this one and took care of where the home owner thought the problem was.
