Completed in 2016, this oceanfront home was designed with the kind of architecture that ages gracefully—balanced proportions, deep porches, warm natural materials, and details that feel collected rather than calculated. From reclaimed wood and handcrafted millwork to rooms carefully oriented toward the Atlantic, every element was meant to feel enduring.

You need a house that belongs at the coast. 🌿

There’s a difference.

Coastal architecture isn’t just shingles, shutters, and a pretty porch.

It’s understanding light.

Wind.

Views.

Salt air.

Flood requirements.

Landscape.

And how a house should actually live day to day.

The best coastal homes feel effortless.

But that feeling usually comes from a lot of very deliberate decisions behind the scenes.

A well-designed home should respond to its site.

Frame the best views.

Protect privacy where needed.

Create natural transitions between indoors and out.

And make the architecture and interiors feel like they were conceived together from the very beginning.
