Remember that big culvert Zach and Oliver posed with? 😂

Here is the before and after! The job got done, and I finally got the work pictures I asked for. 😄

Another culvert job completed by S.A.L.T.Y. Services!

We haven’t posted in a while, so here’s a really big culvert. 😂

I told Zach we needed more pictures of his work and apparently he heard, “Pose with the culvert.” Oliver joined in to help show just how big this thing is. 🐾

S.A.L.T.Y. Services is putting it in tomorrow, so we’ll share pictures once it’s in the ground!

🔥 A little of what we’ve been up to lately 🔥

Building and expanding ponds, improving crossings, hauling material, and making properties work better.

If we can help you with any property improvements, give us a call.

We’re excited to introduce a new branch of the SALTY family!

SALTY Land & Wildlife was created to help landowners manage, maintain and improve their properties through a complete, long-term approach.

Head over to the new Page, give it a follow and see what Zach has been working on!

Your land deserves a plan.

We are excited to introduce SALTY Land & Wildlife, a new division of SALTY Services LLC focused on the complete care, management and improvement of rural, recreational, hunting and working properties throughout Northeast Texas.

Every property is different, so we start by learning how you want to use and enjoy your land. From routine maintenance and seasonal planning to ponds, wildlife habitat, access roads and major improvements, our goal is to help your property stay productive, attractive and enjoyable year-round.

And when a property needs excavation or heavy construction, it stays within the SALTY family.

Ranch • Land • Water • Wildlife

Follow along as we share more about our services and some of the properties and projects we have already had the opportunity to work on.

Without us, it’s just land.

📢 Public Service Announcement:

Yes, we’ve had a LOT of stuff for sale lately.

No, SALTY Services is not going out of business.

No, Zach isn’t retiring. 😂

No, we haven’t lost our minds.

We’re simply selling a few things we aren’t using as much, making room for future plans, and being good stewards of what we have.

So if you see another Marketplace listing from us… don’t panic. It just means we’re making changes…not closing our doors.

What we ARE still selling is this:
✔️ Pond construction
✔️ Land clearing
✔️ Driveways
✔️ Culverts
✔️ Dirt work
✔️ Rock hauling
✔️ Shredding

We’d much rather sell you a project than another piece of equipment. 😉

Thanks to everyone who’s checked on us…we truly appreciate the concern! We’re still here, still working, and ready for the next job. 💪

Shred. Clean. Repeat. 🚜🌾

Another property getting cleaned up and opened back up again. There’s something satisfying about seeing the drone shots and realizing just how much ground got covered.

Need shredding, pond edges, trails, or acreage maintenance? Send S.A.L.T.Y. Services a message for a quote! 📩
