Position: Survey/Layout Technician
Pay: Depending on experience

D&G Construction is a fast-growing civil construction company working in commercial and industrial site projects. We’re looking for someone experienced in construction layout — not a licensed surveyor — but someone who knows how to run layout and keep projects accurate and on track.

This position is focused strictly on field layout for grading, utilities, pads, and foundations.

Responsibilities:
— Perform construction layout using GPS and total station equipment
— Set control points and shoot grades
— Read and interpret civil plans
— Work directly with field crews and project managers
— Maintain layout accuracy on commercial and industrial projects

Requirements:
— Experience with construction layout (required)
— Familiarity with Topcon equipment is a plus
— Ability to read blueprints and grading plans
— Reliable and able to work independently
— Looking for steady, long-term work

We’re looking for the right person who can come in, handle layout correctly, and grow with us as we continue expanding.

That being said, we are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee and manage civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil/site construction, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
