Hey everyone, I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself, and share some background of myself, and who we are at Mays Lawn Maintenance.

My name is Brennan Mays, the owner and founder of Mays Lawn Maintenance. I was born and raised in Sulphur, LA, graduated from Sulphur High School in 2025, and I’m currently attending McNeese State University.
I’ve always been driven by curiosity, ambition, and a strong work ethic, and I’ve been slowly building my dream: a dependable business and a brand I’m proud of.

When I turned 16 and started driving, I decided to start cutting lawns to earn some extra money. Soon I gained a small client base and realized that I could turn my side hustle into a business that would sustain me for years to come. Today, we are a full-time maintenance and installation company. I now lead a skilled crew focused on delivering reliable, high-quality landscaping services to our community—and it all started with a drive to do more at just 16 years old.

For one of our recent projects in Sulphur, Louisiana, we restored the look of this home’s front entryway after years of dirt, algae, and mildew had built up on the stucco and concrete.
Using a safe soft wash process for the stucco and a thorough surface cleaning of the concrete, we were able to bring the exterior back to life and dramatically improve the home’s curb appeal.

A homeowner in Sulphur, Louisiana reached out because the landscape had become overgrown and difficult to maintain. They wanted help getting everything back under control and restoring the clean, attractive appearance of their property.

We pruned and shaped the rose bushes, removed overgrown weeds, cleaned up the beds, established crisp bed edges, and finished the area with fresh pine bark mulch to give the landscape a neat, refreshed look.

This landscape in Sulphur, Louisiana had become overgrown and lost its curb appeal. Our goal was to restore a clean, polished appearance and make the home stand out again.

For this project, we trimmed shrubs and crape myrtles, removed overgrowth, cleaned up the beds, redefined the bed edges, and installed fresh black mulch for a crisp finish.
