Never a dull moment when working with trees. We had the unique opportunity to remove this large pine that had uprooted into the lake. The tree ended up being about 4x what we could see from the surface so we used the arborist floatation device (kayak), to set haul lines and removed the tree from the water in sections.

Another reason to not allow ivy to take over your trees. White Oaks typically are not prone to uprooting but in this case a mixture of the ivy and the ice was enough to bring this one down while also taking two more with it. Hope everyone is staying safe in this icy weather.

It is such a joy to do some structural pruning/ crown cleaning on these big beautiful Willow Oaks to ensure they remain healthy, and limit the potential for future hazards.

Happy Earth day!
Rigging an entire Pine that had fallen into this Maple. We were able to save not only the Maple but the Beach tree below it as well.

Emergency removal of an Oak that was uprooted and resting on another tree over a house. It was a tight working space but we were able to remove both trees without any issue 👌
