Spent part of last week spraying this office/parts room area for a good builder of ours — 3.5” open cell in the exterior walls, 6” up in the roof. Love seeing a space go from bare studs to fully insulated like this. Makes a huge difference in comfort once the HVAC kicks on.

We’re not done yet though — heading over to the attached 60x80 shop this week to get the closed cell portion knocked out. It’s shaping up to be a great space!

Another home completed! ✅

This project featured open-cell spray foam on the exterior walls, full garage encapsulation on the main floor and foundation level to help reduce air movement and limit emissions between the garage and living space, and an insulated roof deck over the bonus room for better comfort and energy efficiency.
We’ll be back to insulate the attic floor over the main house, keeping that attic vented while improving performance where it matters most.

Rough-in spray foam complete on this new build here in Central KY
