Garage transformation complete 🔨🏠

Closed in and ready for the mini-split! We framed the walls, installed Hardie panels, applied spray-foam insulation, then finished everything with a clean board-and-batten look and satin paint.

We replaced rotten wood and installed new drip edge, Hardie fascia, and soffit to protect and refresh the home’s exterior. We also knocked out a small concrete project, pouring and finishing a clean new section around the HVAC area.

✨ Deck Refresh Complete! ✨

We gave this outdoor space a fresh new look by re-sanding and re-staining the deck, along with painting the louvers and surrounding woodwork. The fresh stain brought the wood back to life, while the crisp white finish cleaned up the entire space.
