💪🏾 MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY | 1% BETTER EVERY DAY

If you've ever been around Thomas, you've probably heard him say it:

“There's ALWAYS room to get better.” 😂

And trust us… he means ALWAYS.

One principle our owner, Thomas Edwards, truly lives by is:

“1% Better Every Day.”

You don't have to change everything overnight. Sometimes, you simply have to commit to being a little better than you were yesterday.

Learn a little more.
Work a little smarter.
Lead a little stronger.
Teach what you know.
And be willing to learn from someone else, too.

Because 1% may not seem like much in the moment, but small improvements made consistently can lead to BIG changes over time.

And this picture captures that philosophy pretty well. Thomas has always believed that part of getting better is sharing what you know and helping the people around you grow, too. Whether it's in the field, during training, or around the table at a team meeting, there's always something we can learn from one another.
