A call comes in this afternoon about a garbage disposal leaking at the bottom and the sink is clogging up. We arrive and check if the garbage disposal motor is working. It was but the home owner had dumped 1lb of chop meat in the disposal completely blocking the trap and waste line. Since we were on site they wanted me to snake the kitchen drain line and replace the garbage disposal. Both were done and everything is working as should. Keep in mind garbage disposals are not food processors or blenders. Having issues with sinks draining or garbage disposals not working or leaking give us a call. (718) 669-9344

This toilet was sitting on a spacer because the fl**ge was sitting too high from the floor. Removed toilet. Found the fl**ge with a repair kit since the pvc was cracked. Client said replace the fl**ge. So we adjusted the fl**ge height and secured it using tapcons into the concrete and installed a new ADA height toilet. If you have a wobbling or loose toilet ,it could be a cracked fl**ge. Give us a call to handle the repair. 718-669-9344

Not hot water call. Checked voltage , read 240 volts. Tested the ohms on the elements, top read 12.5 , bottom read 0.0. Shut down power , drained and removed elements and found the bottom was broken. Replaced elements and thermostats. Filled and restored power then tested. Successful repair. Give us a call 718-669-9344

We recieved a call about water coming out of the brick on the side of the house in North Charleston when the kitchen faucet is turned on. Arrive at location and begin investigating. What we found under the house is 2" copper waste pipe was leaking under the house. We exposed the section of pipe leaking. While we were there we took it all the way to the p trap and replaced it all in PVC. Luckily we exposed the pipes after the p trap, there was another section of compromised pipe which was the culprit for the leak coming through the brick. Tied everything in reconnecting the vent and tested. Give us a call or and we'll take care of you. (718) 669-9344
