Project Exeter Winlock PNW Logistics, Winlock WA
Approximate 90 acre site with 600,000 cubic yards of cut to fills which had to be completed in a two month time frame. Team Pivetta moved 31,000 cubic yards of dirt in ONE day utilizing several offroad trucks, dozers and excavators. Subgraded over 1,000,000 square feet of building pads. This site had some challenges such as: 40 foot tall fill slopes, multiple large ponds, cement treatment, contaminated material excavation and export and archaeological site restrictions.

Northsound Industrial, Marysville WA. 7 and 3/4 acre building pad site. 2 acre pond construction. 23.33 acres of clearing and grading 140,000 cubic yard import fill for building pad. 20,000 cubic yards of stripping export. Two city road extensions for 40th and 144th. 20 feet deep storm lift station. Team Pivetta is rocking this one out of the park. Great job guys!

Pivetta partnered up with our customer and owners to overcome this challenging wet and contaminated site!

Phase 1 was the treatment and removal of over a MILLION gallons of water that was contaminated with Tannins in order to start the job in areas where bark and sawdust had previously been stored.

Removal of 50,000 cubic yards of sawdust which was trucked to a recycling facility for community re-use. We imported an additional 50,000 cubic yards to fill the voids. Imported 94,000 cubic yards of preload material.

Prepared detention gallery subgrade in an area with an extremely high ground water table. Set up installation of dewatering and contaminated water treatment. Detention gallery required 60,000 square feet of subgrade correction, high tensile geofabric, leveling course, rat slab and then installed a 40 mil liner and 8000 liner feet of 54 inch detention pipe.

Project Anchor Tumwater WA.
80 acre site that houses a 1.1 Million square foot warehouse building for a large retail company. Project consists of clearing, cut and fill grading, underground utilities, building pad grading, foundation and support footing excavation, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, and asphalt paving. Project highlights: imported 200,000 + tons of fill to bring site up to grade. Graded over 315,000 square yards of sub grade for this massive building site. Five large ponds onsite to hold water before it was released to the infiltration galleries that had over 99,000 square yards of surface grading on them. Installed four large underground infiltration galleries under building slab and 12 large storm water filter vaults using cranes, 13,000 LF of storm main pipe, 16,000 LF of water main pipe and 10,000 LF of sewer main pipe.

Project Beige Fife WA soon to become a 1/2 million square foot warehouse! Over 200,000 tons of preload material with 130,000 tons of gravel borrow import, not to mention a considerable amount of CTB. As you can see, it was one WET site, but Team Pivetta was up to the challenge. The storm tech chamber system was over a 147,000 square feet, one of the biggest on the west coast. This project had an accelerated schedule and will be completed in less than a year. Thank you to the Team Pivetta Crew for all your hard work. You guys and gals ROCK!

DWA7 coming along ahead of schedule. Team Pivetta exported 53,000 CY of stripping's, 122,000 CY of cut to fill to balance site, installed 8,500 feet of 12" storm including structures along with infiltration galleries, exporting 64,000 CY of excess unsuitable.
