📢 PAYMENT POLICY FOR ALL NEW PROPERTIES

Due to an increase this season in new customers not paying for their first service after it has been completed, we are making a small change to our payment policy.

Effective immediately, ALL NEW customers will be required to pay for their first service upfront before the scheduled service is completed.

This policy will only apply to new customers. Our existing customers will continue with their current payment arrangements.
We appreciate your understanding and support!

I wanted to give everyone a little update.....

After a lot of thought, starting next month I’ll be moving to a 3 day work week. This will last through next summer.

Unfortunately, my back has gotten to the point where I need to make some changes and take care of myself. Around Christmas, I’ll be having another major back surgery, and I need to do everything I can now to make sure I’m in the best shape possible going into it.
I will not be servicing lawns from December 14th through February 22nd ( Possibly March 1st ) while I recover.

I can’t thank everyone enough for the years of support, patience, and understanding. A lot of you have been with me since the beginning, and I truly appreciate the trust you’ve put in me to take care of your properties. I’m grateful for every one of you and I’ll keep doing my best to take care of you.

Please remember that if you choose to skip a scheduled service, and the property becomes overgrown before the next scheduled visit, an additional overgrowth fee will be applied to your invoice.

Overgrown grass requires extra time, labor, and equipment wear to bring the property back to our normal service standards. This fee helps cover the additional work needed to restore your lawn.

The heat advisories are here!

As the heat index climbs, myself f and others appreciate your patience and understanding. This is the time of year when some lawn care companies may fall behind schedule due to the extreme heat. Saftey is my #1 goal.

I'm committed to keeping everyone's lawn looking it's best. I often begin at 6:00 AM to beat the hottest part of the day, and many of us are mowing 15+ properties daily.
If you hear companies working early in the morning, a friendly wave is always appreciated and an ice cold bottle of water never goes unnoticed.

Unfortunately, I receive a large number of spam calls every day. If no voicemail is left, I typically assume it's spam and will not return the call.

I check my messages throughout the day and will return your call the same day.

Also, please keep in mind that I do not offer same day lawn service. My schedule runs on a weekly and bi weekly route, so all new customers are added to my mowing rotation as openings become available.

Customer Notice

With next week’s temperatures expected to reach triple digits before the heat index, I will begin servicing properties as early as 6:00 AM.
This adjustment helps me avoid working during the hottest part of the day and reduces the risk of heat exhaustion or other heat related illness which I've dealt with in the past. I appreciate your understanding.
