We are looking for a full-time detail oriented office assistant with prior electrical/construction office experience (recommended). Pay based on experience. Email resumes to: [email protected]. Do not call the office!
Office location: Sumterville, FL
Responsibilities (but, not limited to):
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Running errands (deliver parts to electricians in the field, permit needs, banking, etc.)
• Processing permits (online & at county offices)
• Prepping & submitting quotes
• Invoicing, collecting payments & posting payments
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, scan documents, faxes and forms
• Maintain an accurate filing system
• Order office supplies, job materials and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain contact lists
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Keep office neat & presentable
Skills:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like computers, printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, etc) and Quickbooks
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
