* Experience in residential and commercial electric
* Ability to clearly communicate and interact with customers and team members
* Engage in mentoring company apprentices
* Capacity to learn our residential and operations software
* Familiar with all aspects of a 600V system
* Familiar with EMT, GRC, MC, and Romex
* Ability to read schematics and blueprints
* Ability to trouble shoot circuits and equipment
* Perform routine bucket truck work
* Value the importance of completing paperwork daily
* Value the importance of good 'housekeeping' skills in maintaining a professional presentation and care for customer and company property

The Right Candidate:
* Journeyman's card or a minimum of 4 years commercial experience
* Valid driver's license and insurable on company policy
* Doesn't wait for someone else to give them a task to do, they take the initiative to move it forward
* Wants to learn something new and recognizes that learning can be a hard process
* Sets goals and holds themselves accountable to achieve them
* Ability to mentor and lead others on project sites
