Excavated a 14' x 20' shed pad in Elysburg this week. It took 14 tons of well-compacted 2A to reach grade, topped with 6 tons of clean 2B inside the perimeter boards for drainage to protect the shed from water damage.

This new home build needed some extra fill to make the yard less steep around the house. It ended up taking 30 tri-axle loads to get the slope to a nice grade.

Here is another bin block retaining wall we finished this week. The customer needed a way to keep their driveway from eroding down onto their front porch, so we suggested these large retaining blocks. They are robust enough to handle the heavy weight of traffic, and with proper drainage behind them, this wall is never going to move.

This driveway had a ton of water running down it causing some deep erosion and undermining of the asphalt. After backfilling under the asphalt we filled the trench with some large #3 stone and then topped it with some 2A to lock them together. We also built up the grade to force the water to go into the culvert box instead of down the edge of the driveway to hopefully keep this from happening again.

Here's another shed pad we installed out in Middleburg PA last week!
The 22'x14' pad took 50 tons worth of 2A modified stone to get up to grade and was topped with a layer of clean 2B stone for drainage. You'll see some before images at the end.

Here is a concrete sidewalk removal we did last week. The landing ended up being a foot deep! Glad we brought the hammer along for this job!

Tired of driving in the mud? This old gravel driveway in Danville was in need of a refresh to get this homeowner out of the muck. We were able to regrade the driveway and cover it with a thick layer of 2A stone before the major spring rains could turn it into a real mess!
