“Newman Roofing really is a great place to work. There is a contagious positive attitude when it comes to work, personal success, and even the occasional monotonous parts of life. Everyone here will listen to you talk with eager ears, showing they do care. We are regularly included in any changes in direction whether it is big or small. There are not many miscommunications, there are no ulterior motives for changes. Everything we do is a perfect balance of perfecting the customer experience and being able to live outside of work. The salary is phenomenal, the benefits are great. We do company outings and parties, sometimes we do separate team outings or go out to dinner or lunch. There are always snacks in the breakroom and drinks in the fridge. The equipment we use is top shelf from the trucks to the computers to uniforms to the office itself. Newman Roofing really is the best place to work and I wish everyone could have a chance to work here.”
