Hey everyone – it’s been a minute!

We realized we haven’t shared much since leaving Washington, so here’s a little life update from us.

Unbeknownst to me, I landed in Reno, NV helping to build a massive number of data centers. Still aiming to head east eventually, but trusting God’s timing instead of trying to force my own plan.

Sabrina has been spending time in Texas with family, and while the distance has been tough, it’s only making us stronger as a team.

To all our amazing people back in Washington — we miss you deeply. You’ve always been more than just clients and colleagues; you’re family. It might’ve seemed like we vanished for a bit, but we’re still here, working hard and thinking of you all.

Today’s the big day — we’re officially hitting the road!
30 hours of driving ahead of us, and we’re ready for the adventure (mostly)!

Before we go, I just want to take a moment to thank a few amazing people in our community.

First, Gingy’s Savory Baked Goods — not only do they make some of the best sourdough around, but Ashlea and her family have been an incredible blessing to us. They’ve spent days helping us prep for this move, working on the RV, and supporting us in every way they could. They've become true friends, and we’re beyond grateful to have them in our lives.

Second, a huge shoutout to Armstrong Automotive. Eric, his crew, and his family have always been amazing, but they truly went above and beyond to get our truck ready under a tight deadline. We couldn’t make this move without them, and we’re so thankful for their help and support.

Please keep us in your prayers as we begin this next chapter — we’re hoping for a smooth, safe trip and an easy transition as we search for our forever home.

To all of our family here in the valley — thank you. We appreciate every single one of you!

As our final days in the area draw near, we want to make sure you're in good hands moving forward.

We’ll be referring all future electrical needs to two local companies we trust: Adam's Electric in Prosser and Tolman Electric, Inc. in Grandview. Based on what we’ve seen—and the great feedback we've heard—we’re confident both will provide you with the quality and care you deserve.

Though we’re no longer able to serve our local family here, your support has meant the world to us, and we want to leave you with people who will treat you right.

Update from Midnight Electric

For everyone waiting on updates—our timeline has shifted a bit sooner than expected due to some unexpected circumstances. I’ll be heading to Seattle to assist Crimson City Electric LLC with a couple of projects, and then we’ll be making our way to Texas next week.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to every one of you who supported us over the years. You weren’t just customers—you became friends and family. Starting this company thousands of miles away from everything familiar was no small task, and every connection we made truly meant the world to us.

Thank you for standing with us through it all. As we close this chapter, know that we carry your kindness with us into the next. We love you all and are praying for continued success in your lives and businesses.

Big News from Midnight Electric

We’ve made the tough decision to shut down our operations here in Washington and relocate our business to Texas.

This wasn’t easy, but the truth is, Washington’s taxes and policies have made it nearly impossible for small businesses like ours to survive—let alone grow. Facing thousands in taxes each month, we’ve reached a point where we simply can’t continue serving our community while living below the poverty line.

To all of our amazing clients, friends, and family—thank you. Your support and trust have meant the world to us. You’ve helped us build something we’re proud of, and we’ll always carry those memories with us.

That said, we’re not gone just yet. We’ll still be available in the area for a short time, so if you’ve got electrical work you need done—now’s the time to reach out!

We’re sad to leave, but we’re excited for what lies ahead. Texas offers a more sustainable future for our business, and we’re looking forward to continuing our mission to serve others—without being taxed into the ground.

💡 Lighting Upgrade for Us! 💡

Since we already had the boom lift rented, we figured why not take advantage of it? We upgraded our own lighting, and wow — what a difference!
