Building exciting spaces that inspire innovation. Where YOU work matters! Bay Area & Sacramento

10/22/2026

Our Sacramento team had a great time hosting our subcontractor appreciation event! Between the good food, raffle prizes, and even better conversations, it was an afternoon all about connection and gratitude.

At Pacific Ridge Builders, we know every successful project starts with strong partnerships. Since opening the doors to our Sacramento office in 2022, our subcontractors have been right there with us, bringing the skill, dedication, and high standards that our clients count on.

To everyone who joined us: thank you for your hard work and continued partnership. We truly couldn’t do it without you!

Built to be recognized. 🏆

We’re proud to celebrate AIONA , named a Sacramento Business Journal Best Real Estate Project of 2026 in the Urban Restaurant category.

Located in Esquire Plaza in the heart of downtown Sacramento, this 6,200-square-foot transformation reimagined the former Esquire Grill into a vibrant live-fire Mediterranean restaurant for the team behind Michelin-recognized A L L O R A

An award like this represents the collaboration behind the finished space - from ownership and architecture to construction and the restaurant team who brought the vision to life.

Congratulations to the entire project team on a space worthy of the recognition.

Wrapping up September with a strong showing from Team PRB! 👷‍♀️💪

We had a great group representing Pacific Ridge Builders at this year’s SRBX: Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange and CIEF: Construction Industry Education Foundation Women in Construction Conference in Sacramento.

PRB prioritizes this event year after year because of the important conversations, connections, and opportunities it creates for women in our industry. Investing in professional development and helping build a stronger, more inclusive construction workforce is an important part of who we are.

Today, we’re celebrating five years of Natalie Vierra at Pacific Ridge Builders!

During her time at PRB, Natalie has built a career, raised her family, and developed strong relationships throughout the Sacramento construction community.

Her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to her clients and project partners have made her an invaluable part of our team.

Thank you, Natalie, for five years of hard work and for all you have contributed to PRB. Congratulations!

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the strength of a nation that stood together to rebuild.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

A workplace designed for connection, flexibility, and function.

Pacific Ridge Builders recently completed the two-floor tenant improvement for CalChamber in downtown Sacramento.

Spanning the 14th and 15th floors, the new workplace features private offices, conference rooms, a flexible training room with operable walls & advanced AV integration capabilities, and a welcoming break and catering café space.

A great collaboration with RMW Architecture & Interiors on a workplace that feels polished, purposeful, and built for how CalChamber works today.

For 250 years, America’s story has been built by those who dared to create, innovate, and build something that lasts.

At PRB, we’re proud to carry that tradition forward - building spaces where people work, discover, and thrive.

Here’s to building what comes next. 🇺🇸
