As part of a USDA grant project, Louisiana schools are eligible to receive free classroom gardening materials and access growing guides and engaging lesson plans, all designed to integrate gardening into classroom and at-home learning.

Teachers can receive a windowsill greenhouse kit and seed packets (red leaf lettuce and red chard)! **While supplies last!**

Seeds to Success, a partnership between the LSU AgCenter and the Louisiana Department of Education, seeks to expand farm to school programming in Louisiana.

Due to the crazier than average weather and severe storms we had this year, poinsettias will be scarce and hard to get. I have a limited number of beautiful (6 inch pots size like one in the pic)poinsettias for sale. Let me know if you are interested before they all get snapped up and a happy holidays to everybody.

Due to the recent Hurricanes, seasonal color and fall flowers are really hard to come by so hit IGL up asap if you need to perk up your beds. Ordering pansys and snaps this week so let me know!

Last of this seasons of boxes are installed and veggies are growing all over the area. Thanks to all who made our little endeavor a huge success, and to all the lovely families and people I met all over thanks for making quarantine a little less gloomy. Enjoy those vegetables
