TRANSITION -
Over the next couple weeks we'll be clearing out much of our existing inventory....
Starting Tomorrow - 6-24 most in store /stock items on sale 20% discount.
Plumbing, Drainage and irrigation and items in the yard are exempt because Superior Groundworks LLC will carry those items moving forward.
That said, I've heard questions so let's answer:
If we sell current property - there's a plan B regarding location. In a perfect world we'd sell this property quickly and move to plan B which is still being baked out.... We are starting in the current location so we can get things operational quicker so if there is a move we'll be well prepared and if a sale doesn't happen we can still proceed.

Superior Groundworks LLC will specialize and focus on Lansdcaping materials and Service. We will provide updates as soon as we get the back office stuff set up.
We'll carry Decorative Rock, Concrete mix, sand, irrigation, concrete, drainage, turf, shovels etc... Delivery and Local pick Up will be available.
This transition has zero impact on how we currently service the mine...we will maintain that business and see positive signs for future growth.

The rumors are true!! It's time.
We are putting the store and accompanied house (almost that entire corner) on the market. We are NOT selling the business as we have customers to support and we plan on another venture here in town ...not sure what that will look like yet exactly but it will be something we can focus on and get great at. Simplify our lives!!!
The Hardware space is just too tough for us to get great at anything...We were okay at a lot of things but not great at anything! With our financial resources to grow it where it needs to be...we are scattered, fragmented and nothing solid to focus and hang our hat on....not to mention Amazon and Home Depot have made it a lot tougher.
This town deserves a better store than hit-or-miss...we just don't have the time (lifetime) left to grow it to where it needs to be. If we were 30 again hell ya!

Our donation highlights the direct impact that Resolution Copper has made in our very small business. We feel very fortunate to be able to share donations as such and it would not be possible without the increased business we've recently earned with them. They have given us opportunities to improve our internal processes and workflow so that we can do business more effective and efficiently to better support them. It's been a rollercoaster but we definitely see the positive impact and greatly appreciate the ability to share.
That said we donate to Regenerating Sonora because they are doing big things for the community... We know Chris runs a tight ship and the donation will go directly to needs and not a bunch of overhead... So if you want to make a contribution this is a great place in our community that makes a direct impact.
