A to Z Builders is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, lead by example, and have a strong work ethic, we'd love to meet you.

🔨 Requirements: ✔ Minimum 10 years of construction experience
✔ Leadership skills and ability to manage projects
✔ Must have your own tools
✔ Must have reliable transportation capable of pulling a trailer
✔ Self-motivated with a positive, go-getter attitude
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ English speaking required
