BLUE COLLAR MECHANICAL IS HIRING โ EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN
Blue Collar Mechanical is growing, and we're looking for one solid HVAC technician to join our team.
We're not looking to just fill a truck.
We're looking for someone who wants to build a career, sharpen their skills, make good money, and grow with a locally owned company.
The person we're looking for is:
Skilled โ You know HVAC, take pride in your diagnostics and workmanship, and want to continue getting better.
Honest โ We believe in doing what's right for the customer, even when nobody is watching.
Reliable โ Your team can count on you. You show up when you say you're going to show up and come ready to work.
Growth-Minded โ You want more out of your career than simply collecting a paycheck. You want opportunities to learn, advance, earn more, and take on greater responsibility.
A Team Player โ We help each other. No egos. No "that's not my job" mentality. When the team needs help, we step up.
We're a local, veteran-owned and operated company that believes in old-school work ethic, taking care of our customers, holding ourselves accountable, and giving good people an opportunity to grow.
We work hard. We expect a lot from each other. But we also want the people who help us build this company to win alongside us. ~ A Rising Tide Raises All Ships ~
If you're already a strong technician, we'll give you an environment where you can continue developing.
If you have leadership potential, there's room to grow.
If you're motivated by performance and want opportunities to earn more, we want to talk to you.
We're looking for someone who wants to be here long term and become an important part of what we're building.
