Nursery Sales Associate
We are looking for employee who enjoys the selling process, have the ability to close sales confidently, and have excellent customer interaction ability.

Plant knowledge of arid climate plant material training is provided. Bilingual-Spanish Speaking

As part of our nursery team candidates will:
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a non-airconditioned environment.
• Good written communication and use of electronic media and paperwork.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Maintaining a working knowledge of our products and appropriately recommending them to our valued customers.
• Provide helpful customer service in person, on the phone and reviewing photos via text or email. Learning their long term and short-term goals for customer.
• Understand and follow proper procedures regarding special orders, deliveries, and plant spoilage.
• Make outbound calls to discuss our product offerings and sales programs.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to walk around the Nursery for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 20 pounds on a regular basis
• Attend all scheduled training and employee meetings.
• Quick Books software

Full-time / Schedule:
• 8 Hour Shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Saturday (4) hours
