Steve Walsh brings over 30 years of hands-on construction and project management experience to the roofing, siding, and window company's leadership team. With a proven track record in managing complex mechanical and piping system installations across commercial, industrial, and residential developments, Steve will provide operational leadership for field ex*****on, safety, scheduling, and cost control. As a Project Manager and former Site Manager on major construction projects, including those at Intel, Solar Word, NW Natural Gas, MGC Pure and LAM Research. Steve has demonstrated exceptional skill in coordinating subcontractors, managing project budgets, and delivering high-quality work on time and within scope. His expertise includes overseeing installations of chilled water systems, HVAC infrastructure, mechanical rooms, and multi-story expansions, all of which require strong organizational and leadership capabilities. Steve is all about his family and watching sports, especially hockey and baseball (go Avalanche and Dodgers). He is an avid golfer! Nolan Walsh - Project Manager

Known for his attention to detail and proactive approach, Nolan helps ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s expectations.
