From groundbreaking to the final product, The Boardwalk at Town Center is officially complete!

Located directly behind Johns Creek City Hall, this 20+ acre green space was designed to become a central gathering place for the community. The finished park features an elevated boardwalk winding through wooded areas and wetlands, an amphitheater and bandshell, pond overlooks, pedestrian plazas, and a three-acre constructed wetland that supports stormwater management and water quality improvements.

We’re proud to have played a part in bringing this new community destination to life and excited to see it enjoyed by Johns Creek residents for years to come.

This week’s takes us to Braselton 1 – Tom White, where progress is taking shape from the ground up! This 204,514 SF rear-load facility is moving into its next phase as roofing installation gets underway. Once complete, the building will feature an ESFR sprinkler system, two drive-in ramp doors, and a fully designed MEP package to help prepare the space for future tenants.

The panel explored the realities shaping mixed-use development today, from feasibility and phasing to aligning projects with market demand.

With 15 years of experience delivering complex projects throughout Atlanta, Joe brought a builder’s perspective to the conversation and shared insight from his experience bringing mixed-use developments from planning through construction. We’re nearing the finish line at the City of Norcross Public Safety Building!

With construction wrapping up and the ribbon cutting just around the corner, we’re excited to see this 40,000+ SF facility come to life. Soon, the new space will serve as a home for the Norcross Police Department, Municipal Court, E911 dispatch and community spaces, all designed to support the City of Norcross for years to come.

We’re proud to have played a part in building a facility centered around serving and protecting this community.
