Just completed a 7 Zone Samsung Max Heat ductless mini split system in Winthrop.
Customer will receive a Mass Save Rebate, lower electrical rates from National Grid for the entire heating season as a new initiative for rebate customers, and a 12 years manufacturers warranty from Samsung.

It was a tight fit in the crawl space l, old unit had to be completely taken apart for removal
