🏠 Roof Repair – Nail Pops & Improper Fasteners

Another roof repair completed after identifying nails popping through the shingles, creating potential points for water intrusion and premature roof deterioration.

During the inspection, we also found that the shingles had been installed using approximately 3/4” nails rather than the commonly specified 1-1/4” roofing nails for this application. The shorter fasteners can result in inadequate pe*******on and may contribute to improper shingle fastening.

Our repair included addressing the exposed/protruding nails and correcting the affected areas to help restore the roof’s weather resistance.
