It is with great excitement and anticipation that I announce that Queen Construction will be closing business operations on October 31, 2025 in order to focus fully on serving God in the direction He has clearly called me into. I am sincerely grateful to all of our customers, many of whom have become very dear friends, and to the local suppliers here in Garrett County who have helped us serve this incredible community. It’s been a great joy to be welcomed into the Garrett County community since moving here in 2021. I look forward to continuing to serve in the role that God has made clear He wants me to join Him in here. He’s doing something big here, and I’m excited to get to work!

Here are some more pics of the current project we are pushing to wrap up. We’re proud to be installing all the cabinetry in this new home build for the cabinetry designer/supplier Surewood Fine Cabinetry LLC and for the fine folks local builder Don Nemith Builders. In addition to cabinetry install, we’ve also installed all of the interior doors and trim in this beautiful new 6 bedroom home, with 7 full baths and 3 half baths. We’ll get final pics when the house is ready for turn-over, but here’s a little bit of what we’ve been working on for this project….

Life is Good, and it’s a beautiful day here alongside Deep Creek Lake! We just put the finishing touches on this lakeside deck refresh, just in time for renters to start enjoying the beautiful lakeside views and the abundant outdoor space that are afforded by this property known as Life is Good on Marsh Hill Rd in McHenry, MD. This one came down to the wire, but our team pushed through and got it done!

Giving these decks some fresh decking, new railings and lighting! summertime is coming to DCL, and this spacious outdoor living space is going to be a sweet spot to enjoy fun in the sun!

Just put the final touches on this little project and got final inspection approved on Tuesday.
