We’ve got a great addition to the team to announce!!
Please join us in welcoming Jim Phillips as our new Operations Manager.
Jim will be helping lead our day-to-day operations, working closely with our crews, and making sure everything runs smoothly out in the field. As we continue to grow, bringing in the right people is a big deal—and we’re excited to have Jim on board!
He comes from a strong background in both sales and leadership, most recently serving as a General Manager for a mobility dealership here in the Flint area, where he helped build and grow a new location. Before that, he worked closely with individuals with disabilities, making a real impact through his work.
What stood out right away was his character, his leadership, and how much he genuinely cares about people. He wasn’t actively looking for a change, but after connecting, it was clear this was a great fit all around.
For our clients, this means better communication, stronger leadership in the field, and an even higher level of service!
Outside of work, Jim enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family (and his dog, Josiah).
