Copper and Brava on a St. Charles home ‼️

• Brava composite shake Brava Roof Tile gives you the character of natural cedar with none of the rot, curl, or maintenance.

• Class 4 impact rated, shrugs off Illinois hail

• But the copper is what we’re proud of. Custom copper gutters, downspouts, and snow guards, all in-house. Right now it’s as bright as a penny - give it a few winters and it’ll settle into deep bronze, then green. Some roofs just get better with age.

• New VELUX skylights to finish it off.

Another beautiful transformation in Geneva, IL! 🏡

We just wrapped up a full exterior refresh on this building, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Our crew installed LP SmartSide Lap Siding with custom trim details for clean, crisp lines, then paired it with Red Cedar Shake Siding to bring in warmth and natural character. To finish it off, we replaced the windows and doors, boosting both curb appeal and energy efficiency.

The combination of durable engineered lap siding and classic cedar shakes gives this building the best of both worlds: low-maintenance performance with timeless charm.

Lake Forest in Lake Geneva. 🏔️

BRAVA Lake Forest composite tile paired with standing seam metal and copper snow guards on a fully custom-built garage in Lake Geneva, WI.

Every detail on this one was intentional — the tile profile, the metal transitions, the copper that’ll patina beautifully over the next few years.
