👷‍♂️ Our crew completed a 15,000+-square-foot roof restoration utilizing KARNAK's 15-year silicone roofing system.

🔨 This project included extensive roof cleaning and preparation, reinforcement of seams and penetrations, application of a protective silicone coating, and the replacement of an additional 700+-square-foot awning roof with a new modified-bitumen roofing system.

♻️ Rather than tearing off and replacing the entire existing roof, our restoration process helps extend its lifespan, minimize waste, and provide long-term protection at a fraction of the cost of a traditional roof replacement.

Out with the old and in with the new! 🔨

Our C & R Roof Restoration crew recently completed this commercial roof replacement in Burlington, IL, featuring a brand-new Versico VersiGard EPDM roofing system!

This project involved more than just a new roof. Our team removed the existing roofing system, replaced approximately 85% of the roof decking, and installed new 24-gauge coping cap around the entire perimeter to provide a clean, finished look and reliable protection.

From addressing the underlying decking to installing a durable, high-performance roofing system and new perimeter metal, our crew delivered a complete transformation with quality workmanship and attention to detail. 💪

12,000+ sq. ft. restored and ready for the years ahead! 💪

For this project, our crew installed a 20-year Soprema silicone system, along with making necessary insulation repairs and addressing seams, penetrations, and flashings throughout the roof.

The finished system provides a seamless layer of protection while extending the service life of the existing roof — a great alternative to a full roof replacement when the existing system can be restored.

🚧 New Project Underway in Buffalo, New York! 🚧

The C & R Roof Restoration crew has officially kicked off a 71,000 sq. ft. commercial roofing project in Buffalo, NY!

Our current work is taking place on a 254,000 sq. ft. roof section within the facility, with 71,000 sq. ft. of that section being completely re-roofed.

This project includes the complete tear-off of the existing roofing system and metal decking within the project area, followed by the installation of:

• New 22-gauge metal B-decking
• New insulation
• A modified-bitumen roofing system
• New crickets between all drains to improve water flow
• 64 retrofit drains to improve drainage throughout the roof system

From safety and debris control to new decking, insulation, drainage improvements, and the finished roofing system, our team is handling this project from start to finish.

We’re excited to get to work and bring another large-scale commercial roofing project to life! 💪

🛠️ 20-Year Soprema Silicone Restoration System

Our crew completed this 15,765-square-foot roof restoration, starting with the removal and replacement of saturated areas and a thorough power washing to prepare the existing roof.

All penetrations and field seams were reinforced with Soprema Eterna-Sil products before applying a full 40-mil coat of 924 High Solids Eterna-Sil Premium Silicone across the entire roof.

The before and after speaks for itself — a clean, restored roof with 20 years of protection ahead. 👏

Dalton leads by example and works closely with project managers and crew members to maintain clear communication and consistent quality throughout every installation.
