Equipment Operator – Retaining Wall Projects
Mint Property Maintenance LLC

Mint Property Maintenance LLC is looking to hire an experienced Equipment Operator for upcoming Redi-Rock retaining wall projects.

Responsibilities:

* Operate skid steers, excavators, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
* Assist with site prep, grading, excavation, and retaining wall installation
* Work alongside crew members to complete projects on schedule
* Follow all OSHA and job site safety requirements

Requirements:

* Valid driver’s license required
* OSHA 30 certification required for these projects
* Experience operating heavy equipment required
* Experience with retaining walls, grading, or excavation preferred
* Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Pay:

* Pay is based on experience
