Now Hiring - Landscape Crew Leader | Foreman
Full-time | Base Pay + Bonus

🔨 What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Start to finish management of small to medium size landscape services (spring mulching to complete landscape installs and everything in-between).

- Managing crew productivity and quality.

- Loading/unloading materials and equipment (ability to operate skid loaders or mini excavators is a bonus skill)

- Communicating job progress, issues, sales opportunities, and feedback on performance.

- Maintaining clean, safe equipment and vehicle.

🦴 **UPDATE: Skully’s really digging in at LaneScapes… maybe a little too much.**
Caught him out after hours last night mowing in the dark — says he’s just trying to stay “a-head” of schedule. 🌙💀

We appreciate the dedication, but some of our clients have been a little *spooked* seeing a skeleton pushing a mower around their halloween decorations... Can’t imagine why😅

⚰️ **Performance review so far:**
✅ Work ethic: Frighteningly strong
✅ Attendance: Never misses a shift (you could say he’s *die hard*)
❌ PR skills: Needs work — scaring off the neighbors isn’t ideal for our customer referral program!

Meet Skully — our newest (and *boniest*) member of the management team here at LaneScapes!

He’s been dying to join us, and after a *bone-afide* interview, we just couldn’t say no. 🫣💀

📬 Already knee-deep in paperwork, Skully is handling HR, payroll, and motivational staring contests with *zero* complaints.

☠️ Strengths: Unwavering work ethic, rock-solid composure, and he *never* calls in sick.
🥤 Weaknesses: Spends too much time sipping Mezcal Bone Crushers and won't stop telling “dead grass” jokes.

He may not be much for landscaping tools, but he’s got a skele-ton of great ideas. And let’s be honest — the man’s got *backbone* (literally... all 33 vertebrae)!
