Before and after of a recent pollard pruning that we did this past week. This isn’t something that we do a lot of but we were happy to help this client out. He had this tree pollarded originally in 1993 so it had 33 years of growth and some of the tops were beginning to break out. It was threatening their home as well as the neighbors. This tree required extensive rigging to get everything down safely but we enjoyed the puzzle!

The final chip push…

We made quick work dismantling this white oak. It had some pretty substantial decay at the base and was threatening the customers home. This was a no clean up, leave/lay job which is an option that some customers choose to reduce cost.
