We may not need it quite yet, but have you started thinking about your snowblower. Will it start? Have you changed the oil and spark plugs annually? Do your tires need air or replaced? Are the auger blades in good condition? These are just a few items that you need to think about before the snow comes. I’m not a small engine expert by any means. Although, I can help you with completing yearly maintenance on your snow blower and give you peace of mind that it will be ready when the snow does come.

If you’re interested, just let me know.

Have a great day.

Today’s project was to remove large cabinet drawers. Then converting into stationary open faced shelves. I am very proud of how this is turning out. I just have to add one more piece of trim to the bottom and then it will be finished.

Here’s a project I recently completed. I was asked to install handrails, so that the homeowner could hold both sides when entering and exiting the home. Ideally, I would have liked to rebuild the entire steps with internal anchors in the concrete. But after investigation, I found steps to be extremely well-built and secured. So, with having an extensive background in sports medicine, I knew that I wanted a top grade ADA handrail. After a little research, I found what I wanted. I added a 2 x 6 to the top of the step with multiple 4 inch screws for extra support. Then I attached the top post to the step via 6 inch fully threaded construction lag screws. I attached the lower post with extremely large wedge anchors. I tested by putting my full weight against each side rail. Lastly, I painted the entire steps with a concrete and porch resurfacing paint, which has antiskid granular‘s in it to prevent foot slippage.

If this is something you would like me to do for you, please do not hesitate to reach out.

I wanted to post this picture from a recent project of hanging pictures. I was asked to make the the frames of different sizes, level along the bottom with 4 inches between and centered lengthwise one the wall. It took a few minutes and several calculations later. I am pretty proud of this, if you couldn’t tell.

Once again, I have failed to take and post pictures of my recent jobs. This winter has consisted of dryer internal cleanings, a few appliance installs, furniture assembly, several change outs of ceiling fans, light fixtures, outlets, toilets, and faucets; just to name a few.

I am starting to book for spring yard clean up, pressure washing, planting, and mulching.

Thank you for following.

Here is what I am working on this week. Stay tuned for the finished project.

Today, I added window washing to my list of services that I offer.

Taking a picture on a 26’ ladder is more difficult than one might think. The window is to my right, I just couldn’t get it in the shot.
