π¨ NOW HIRING: Repair Technician π¨
MVW Roofing is growing, and weβre looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Repair Technician based out of our office in Sylvester, GA.
This is more than just a job - itβs an opportunity to build a career. This position is designed as a training role with the goal of developing into a full-time Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
β’ Assist our Lead Production Manager with roofing repair work orders
β’ Coordinate and assist with gutter installation projects
β’ Help manage construction projects as needed
β’ Learn the day-to-day operations of project management
β’ Communicate with homeowners, crews, and suppliers to help ensure projects run smoothly
What Weβre Looking For:
β’ Self-motivated with a positive attitude
β’ Organized and able to multitask
β’ Strong communication and customer service skills
β’ Valid driverβs license (required)
β’ Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screening
β’ Construction or roofing experience is a plusβbut not required. Weβre willing to train the right person.
Compensation & Benefits:
β’ Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
β’ Expected increase to $20.00/hour within 6 months for employees who meet performance expectations
β’ Health insurance assistance provided
