Recent Ground Up Construction work: 6" x 24" porcelain in a staggered (subway) pattern, shaved pebble floor, on a wedi waterproof system. Grouted with Mapei Sanded Biscuit. Custom made shelves to match the tile.

I normally only post business-related things to this page, but felt lead to post this here as well. This past weekend was both good in the sense of celebrating Father's Day with my family; but bad as we received news of a family tragedy. I was with my kids at an indoor water park for early Father's Day fun on Friday night when I received an urgent call from my cousin who lives in Texas. He was choked up as he told me the news. My cousin, Nicole and aunt, Vicki, were both murdered by Nicole's ex-boyfriend (and father of her children) in front of their 18 month and 4 week old daughters. I froze and couldn't breath... these things just aren't supposed to happen and one would think it would be even less of a possibility in a small town. The extended family has started a site for any individuals who might want to donate to help with the funeral expenses for them both, and assist in providing for Nicole's two daughters. Again, I don't typically post matters unrelated to business on this page, but simply hoping to reach a larger number of folks and assist in getting as much help as I can for a (my) family in need.
