VIP Structures is proud to have been named a 2026 Hall of Fame Award winner in the Manufacturing category by Pruden Buildings for the Feldmeier Equipment expansion project.

As design-builder, our team delivered an 82,500 SF pre-engineered metal building expansion that supports Feldmeier’s continued growth in manufacturing and operations.

Fantastic turnout at the “Need to Expand but Not Sure Where to Start?” session with VIP and Bluefors , hosted by MACNY, The Manufacturers Association!

VIP served as design-builder for Bluefors’ (formerly Cryomech) 75,000 SF built-to-suit facility and its subsequent 35,000 SF expansion, and has been a long-time trusted partner in supporting their growth.

At the session, VIP and Bluefors shared practical, collaborative insights with manufacturers across Central New York on planning, designing, and delivering high-performing manufacturing facilities, from site selection, due diligence, and incentives through budget understanding and construction, with a focus on expansion-ready design. Bluefors also led attendees on a guided tour of its cryogenic systems manufacturing floor, giving participants a real-world view of advanced manufacturing in practice.

Thanks to everyone who joined and contributed to a strong discussion on what it takes to execute a successful facility expansion. More insights from the presentation coming soon.

Congratulations to Demco New York Corp. and Brian Chmielewski on this well-deserved recognition from the Syracuse Builders Exchange for their outstanding electrical work on the Bluefors manufacturing expansion, designed for highly specialized cryogenic production.

It was a pleasure working with their team, and they consistently delivered with precision, coordination, and technical expertise throughout the project.
