I called JK General Contracting to get an estimate to have my house resided. Jim came out himself and I found him to be honest and very interested in making the results be what i was looking for within my busget. The house is 200 years old and had been neglected by the previous owner as well as having been unoccupied for the last two years. So surprises were expected... and they did come up! Add-on costs were fair and many smaller issues were simply dealt with at no extra charge. Jim was in contact with me regularly and was always responsive when I reached out to him. He was very easy to work with, and I always felt he had all the time in the time in the world to spend with me. He had a positive, can do attitude. His crew leader, Terry, was excellent and very keen to do each part of the job properly and completely. Any time there was an issue, Jim would make sure it was resolved to my safisfaction. I am already having Jim work on an indoor project with a different crew, but I'll save that for the next review!
I recommend JK General Contracting without reservation and look forward to having him do future projects on this old house.

It has been a long crazy year in this industry and we are so Thankful for our loyal customers who have kept us busy through all the madness.
