Left over wood , side of the road wood and yard scraps yielded a pantry in 4 days. Sweat equity took care of the rest. !

Here’s a mini list for October into February and March: -weather sealing those doors, even garage doors- it’s not too late this year as our warmer weather lingers on into Fall and winter ; many of our customers are upgrading walls and rooms with new paint and new purpose! Is there a spare room begging you to make for an office? We can help. Drywall repair and lock changing: Drywall repair closes your home to invaders like bugs and small rodents, lock changes or repairs secure your windows and doors from other types of invaders.

Faucet repairs, changes, new utility sink installs, vanity and lighting changes- all these may have been neglected when Spring and Summer supply your entertainment outside. Flooring- some customers are getting ready to sell their home early for Spring, still promising to a great home sales season in Central New York. So old worn linoleum goes out and flooring options are cheaper in winter at the Big Box stores and specialty outlets.
