We were privileged to remove the standard tub and install this beautiful walk-in shower, making it more accessible for an older couple. Although the house was built with handicapped accessibility in mind in 2018, the builder failed to install a mobility-friendly feature in the master bathroom. We are grateful for our customers' trust in us to handle their projects.

This project began with elevating the floor by 2 inches, as the bathroom had endured years of neglect and subpar contractor work. The renovation entailed demolishing 3,000 pounds of mortar and lath, reconfiguring the bathroom layout, removing a coat closet to increase space, and transforming a small closet into a modern, spacious shower, toilet, and vanity. SFS effectively transformed the bathroom into the client's ideal space, maximizing the available space to accommodate a young family's needs. While the bathroom remains relatively small, the family chose to prioritize counter space, compromising on the space between the vanity and shower to create a more spacious toilet area and a revised layout. The outcome is exceptional, and we highly recommend SFS for any construction requirements. The homeowner also wanted to paint, being a dear friend of ours, and they aimed to be as cost-effective as possible on such a large remodel. We couldn’t be more thankful for the trust on this project!

From being completely overrun with critters to being restored to its former beauty, this pole barn was in dire need of renovation. SFS intervened, conducting a thorough demolition, installing new doors, and adding beautiful white metal, full insulation, a garage door, soffits, and land clearing. The craftsmanship evident in this beautiful deck was outstanding. With railing forthcoming, we built two exceptional decks on this property. To say we've been busy is an understatement. We haven't been posting much as we've been busy turning people's visions into realities! We can't thank all of our contractors and the homeowners enough for allowing us to be a part of the journey! Here's a recent one of an 8,200 sqft concrete/excavation job we completed!
