Our team has been working on two small projects this week to enhance safety and accessibility, one residential and one commercial, where a sidewalk was posing a hazard to customers, and we are delighted to be of service to our clients, regardless of the project's scope.

We’re incredibly pleased with how this fence turned out for Rainy River Farms ,this was 3300 feet of USDA cattle fence with 2 solar controllers. We installed a high hot wire for cattle as well as low hot wire for hogs. This was a fun one and a great learning experience as to how the USDA guidelines their fencing. We were very pleased to hear we passed with flying colors. We couldn’t be happier to yet again turn another customers dreams into reality! As a small, family owned and ran company we take great pride in making every customer our priority.

After a brief period without updates, we've been hard at work turning clients' aspirations into tangible results. A notable recent project involved renovating a half bath and sizable laundry closet into a combined laundry room and walk-in shower space. Our team worked diligently to execute this transformation with precision and professionalism, capitalizing on opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality. Despite the emergence of unforeseen complications and adjustments, our dedication to excellence ensured the client's satisfaction with the final outcome.

A significant part of the remodel that tends to be overlooked plays a substantial role in making these renovations both functional and visually stunning. We were privileged to remove the standard tub and install this beautiful walk-in shower, making it more accessible for an older couple. Although the house was built with handicapped accessibility in mind in 2018, the builder failed to install a mobility-friendly feature in the master bathroom. We are grateful for our customers' trust in us to handle their projects.

This project began with elevating the floor by 2 inches, as the bathroom had endured years of neglect and subpar contractor work. The renovation entailed demolishing 3,000 pounds of mortar and lath, reconfiguring the bathroom layout, removing a coat closet to increase space, and transforming a small closet into a modern, spacious shower, toilet, and vanity. SFS effectively transformed the bathroom into the client's ideal space, maximizing the available space to accommodate a young family's needs. While the bathroom remains relatively small, the family chose to prioritize counter space, compromising on the space between the vanity and shower to create a more spacious toilet area and a revised layout. The outcome is exceptional, and we highly recommend SFS for any construction requirements. The homeowner also wanted to paint, being a dear friend of ours, and they aimed to be as cost-effective as possible on such a large remodel. We couldn’t be more thankful for the trust on this project!
