Progress update on this beautiful gable patio cover! 🏡
Framing inspection day! This project has had its challenges — the previous contractor left the glulam beams exposed to the elements, leaving them darkened and weathered. We’re putting in the extra work to sand them down and restore them as best we can, because the details matter.
We went with an over-frame onto the existing roof, tying everything back seamlessly into the house — and the gutters will all flow as one continuous system, giving it that clean, intentional look of a true home extension rather than an add-on.
The bones are solid. The best is yet to come. 💪
