After pics of the "outdoor area gone wrong". Although this area is designed not to get wet, the key is to design them in a way that they can get wet. In this case this area can be hosed out without having to worry about damaging anything!

We salvaged the doors for the owner as they had sentimental value to this homeowner.

Our latest project. The first pics are from 3/10 when we did our first site visit for an estimate. I believe we started 3 days later. The last week and a half have been slower as we are trying to social distance more and we are now waiting for the City of Renton and a piece of glass from a company that is temporarily closed now. Although our goal was occupancy by the first, (which was a tall order to start with) I think this came together nicely. Hopefully we will have them open in a week or so once we get the fire marshal out to inspect and get the cieling tiles In place!
